Communication is the first step to success, so I do not place any limits on how often my clients can call or email me.

If that seems obvious, then so it should. But I'm all too familiar with meeting new clients that tell me their previous agency or web developer placed limits on or started to charge for time spent reviewing a project, even long after a business relationship had been formed.

I don't agree with that approach and never will. Call me.
